Synopsis.

Eleanor is a Brittanic woman who grew up with her brother, Arthur, in a household that stressed politeness and not being too open with emotions. While Arthur went into the Britannic army, Eleanor became an investigative journalist, exposing corruption wherever she could find it.

When Arthur told her about the Scaldra in Höllvania and their corruption, Eleanor snuck in to report on the goings on. This resulted in her being among the six subjects chosen by Dr. Entrati for “protoframe” experiments, dosing them with infestation to turn them into partial warframes.

Eleanor had the most pronounced traits of the infestation, including being able to hear the technocyte hivemind. The other Hex were wary of her as a result. The Hex worked together anyway to fight the Scaldra and the technocytes and defend the civilians still trapped in Höllvania.

Drifter arrived on December 31st, 1999, and informed the Hex that a nuclear bomb was going to go off at midnight if they couldn’t stop it. They tried, but failed. Eleanor was the first to die, succumbing to the control of the Infestation.

Then, Drifter started the year of 1999 over again, hoping to use the extra time from this loop to be able to bond with the Hex and when New Year’s came around again, this time they might have a chance of saving everyone. Eleanor was skeptical, but curious about the possibilities this presented.
