Synopsis.

Once one of Carmine Falcone’s underbosses, Fish had ambitions of being the top dog in Gotham, thwarted by her protege Oswald, who killed her. But she was brought back to life and given powers by Hugo Strange and then began building a gang of superhumans, more allied with Oswald than against him.
