Synopsis.

The princess of Alabasta Kingdom, Vivi went undercover with Baroque Works to uncover Crocodile's plot against the kingdom. Along the way, she met the Straw Hat Pirates, who decided to help her on her journey. After Crocodile was defeated and civil war in Alabasta stopped, Vivi was invited to continue traveling with the Straw Hats. Though she did want to, Vivi felt she was more needed in Alabasta and stayed behind, keeping up with the Straw Hats' exploits in the news.
