Synopsis.

Cleo's father was a curse user born in Portugal, who never had much interaction with established communities of sorcerers. On his own, he was able to figure out his own cursed technique, as well as create a cursed tool. Cleo inherited the technique, centered around summoning swarms of rat-like shikigami. The cursed tool could enhance the technique, allowing more, and stronger rats to be summoned. When Cleo's father died, she eventually made her way to Japan, having recalled from the father that most sorcerers lived there. However, she ended up working as a curse user, rather than working for the sorcerers.
